What do I offer? I have been engaged in the miraculous Healing Art of Bodywork/Massage for 35+ years, with my early beginnings, as enthusiastic as I was, offering bodywork sessions on kitchen tables and couches to whomever wanted to experience my touch. That was after I took a class in Massage back in Ithaca, NY around 1982. I moved to Santa Fe, NM in 1985 to receive my 1,000 hour Massage training at the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. I still love offering Bodywork/Massage sessions.

35+ years later, with many trainings under my belt and the with the 5,000+ sessions I have given (including becoming a NM Licensed Massage Therapist & Instructor), I have developed my own style of Bodywork/Massage. Why do I call it Bodywork? Because it feels like I am mostly working on the body in a therapeutic way. I employ the modalities of: traditional swedish massage, acupressure, foot reflexology, cranio-sacral, and polarity. While I also believe wholeheartedly in aiming to reduce our stress load (and hence lessening the effects of many afflictions), by offering “nurturing touch,” I also strongly believe in working out the kinks in such a way that the flow of energy is returned to the body and one feels ultimately refreshed vs depleted after their session. All systems, especially the organs, joints and the musculo-skeletal system work better!

I have been fortunate to witness to the many miracles that Bodywork/Massage has to offer. From the everyday person, to the car accident and surgery injured, to seeing the direct benefits of many pregnant & postpartum woman, to the laboring woman, to the colicky infant/toddler – ALL benefitted from the amazing and necessary Healing Art called “Bodywork or Massage.”
